My wife and I saw online that Lundgren Honda had a practically new Civic Si in the sharp Energy Green in their used-car listings (you either love or h My wife and I saw online that Lundgren Honda had a practically new Civic Si in the sharp Energy Green in their used-car listings (you either love or hate that color; we love it). I asked a few area friends on Facebook who may have bought with this dealer for a rep recommendation. Russ Houle was suggested, amongst others, by a close friend whom I value, and Russ took the extra few moments to put out his number to us via social media. We arranged to meet 2 days later, and were impressed with his knowledge, the dealership and its services, and the new design of the Civic. For us, this is our first Honda, having been one of the traditional Big 3 car owners for more than a few decades. We liked the Civic so much we made the deal that evening. For us it's a weekend car, still having the daily driver until it gets replaced in about 6 months. Pricing was very fair, and I know it was a win-win for both Lundgren and for us. The paperwork was straightforward and well-explained, and for those who may be a first-time buyer, I think you'll be pleased with the ease of the process and having a full-line insurance office there if you need it. To be honest, I found their chairs real comfortable, so I can say it was a relaxing time spent there! Russ was down-to-earth, as was the David in Finance, and we felt like I was working with close neighbors or family. They all get our "thank you" and Lundgren gets our support and will get our business again! More

He was awesome. I know what I wanted as I saw it driving by but there was no pressure into buying it. It was so simple and the service was outstanding. I have been to other dealers in the Worcester area and nothing compared to coming here. I did have a problem with the vehicle after I bought it ( nothing to do with them more a ford thing) I walked in told them the problem and even though it self resolved and check engine light wasn’t on they still took the truck in and again the service is simply outstanding.
