I've been to quite a few dealers in this area, both for new and used cars, and have had some bad experiences with pushy sales people and even one deal I've been to quite a few dealers in this area, both for new and used cars, and have had some bad experiences with pushy sales people and even one dealer that switched a car on us (gave us one that was not the one we test drove). We've bought or leased 3 cars now at Lundgren, and they have been great. The sales people are informative but not overly aggressive. They have very good specials and deals, and give you a fair price on trade-ins. More

Excellent Customer Service My son's car died and we needed to get a new vehicle as soon as possible so that he could continue to get to work. I looked online at some vehicles and was contacted by Mike Berkowicz and he worked with me to come in at a time that was convenient for me to look at cars. He was fantastic and I ended up spending four hours there looking at different models and ended up leasing a car that day! Everyone made it so easy. The car was not going to be ready that day so they got me in a loaner car so that we would not continue to be short a vehicle. They worked with my insurance copy and got everything completely ready for me. Mike went over all of the features of the car with me which was extremely helpful because there are so many options and it would have taken me hours to pour over the user manual. Mike really went out of his way to provide excellent customer service, he even staying late to wait for me to get out of work so that he could make sure I was all set with how everything worked in the car. I am thrilled with my new car and would highly recommend Mike as well as David Marcoux in finance for making my experience quick, easy and pleasant. More
