I go in for routine maintenance which runs smoothly each time. Easy to make appointment on line. Then there is a comfortable place to sit and wait. Couldn't ask for more. You don't get the feeling that they are trying to sell you something you don't need. Please don't change how you operate. It's rare to find this kind of service these days!! More

They have been very professional, very helpful, and gone out of their way to help me and keep me a happy customer. I would highly suggest if you have a Honda, bring it here! They treat you wonderfully! :-) I drive 50 minutes one way to get my service done here, well worth the drive from anywhere. I also wanted to say the little Cafe they have in the waiting area is genius! So nice to have a sandwich or snack available when you're waiting for your car. Just one of many ways they think of everything to make their customers happy and comfortable. More

I love Lundgren I bought my Honda at Lundgren in 2008 and have returned for all my regular service because everyone is so nice and honest there. The prices are good I bought my Honda at Lundgren in 2008 and have returned for all my regular service because everyone is so nice and honest there. The prices are good and when someone else has a better price, they let you know. Waiting on my car to be fixed is never a hassle because they have a full deli and free drinks and snacks, free wifi, and plenty of comfy places to sit. More

Great visit I was told I had an oil leak and someone showed me where it was. So I made an appointment at Lundgren and I was surprised how easy it was and was eve I was told I had an oil leak and someone showed me where it was. Gail explained up front what was needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take for the service to be performed. Gail kept me updated every step of the way. For my second oil change appointment I asked to have my 'clattering' exhaust looked at. I went in and waited two hours. I was then given a slip for over $114 and told that not only did they do my oil chan 'clattering' exhaust looked at. I went in and waited two hours. I was then given a slip for over $114 and told that not only did they do my oil change they went ahead and did all sorts of services so my oil change total went form $22 to $40. On top of the that they also decided to fix my 'clattering' without my consent and charged me for that as well which came to $70. When i expressed how upset I was about this the service staff Scott just stood there waiting for my payment. Because I had my two year old daughter with me I angrily paid, left and told my husband about my horrible experience. He contacted the manager Rick who told him that he would look into the problem and get back to us. He did and said that because he couldn't find fault with anyone he could offer us a free oil change on the next time in. No fault? How about doing services when they weren't asked and making someone pay for it! Very bad service with an expensive hourly fee $109 per hour. Not worth it. I will take my vehicle somewhere else. More
