First Oil Change Quick service. Friendly Staff!!! I was out in 41 minutes. Most time was spent with Lydia Krog when purchasing 2 cars in May. My wife and I can't say Quick service. Friendly Staff!!! It was a recall for my 2016 Civic A brake light needed to be re-glued to the rear window. I'm not too thrilled about a recall, but that has nothing to do with the service. Everyone was friendly and professional (Dan took care of me). I have two small issues. They really are small: I was looking forward to using my coupon for a meal at the cafeteria. The cafeteria was closed. The other is that there were fingerprints all over the rear window after the service. It is a minor issue, but I had just finished washing the car and cleaning the windows spotless. It only took me a few minutes to clean the window when I got home. I still feel it was excellent service; just not perfect. More

I would remind people to use the coupon book you receive when you buy your car from Honda. More

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ... I have an old Honda Accord with more than 200K miles. I called to schedule an oil change and the lady over the told me that for the cars over 100K ... I have an old Honda Accord with more than 200K miles. I called to schedule an oil change and the lady over the told me that for the cars over 100K miles, we do the oil change for $10. I went there and they refused to offer that price by saying that the lady did not know the policy. Even it was their fault that they don't have well informed staff, they did not offer any discount and refuse to even talk further. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please don't go there. More

Was then told I would have to wait for at least two hours before I could be helped despite the fact that I had an appointment. Why did nobody call me? Dont go here expecting to use one of their coupons!! Scheduled a brake service today based on an online coupon Lundgren has on its site that says brake pads (including rotor turning) for $289. MY wife's CRV's pads were not even under the yellow section so not at all bad but due to be changed. I was quoted $600 for this as pads can't be done here without turning the rotors. (good thing I had a coupon right?) Wrong! When they saw I had a coupon they said "Wow didn't know that was on there! It must have meant to say one axle only. I kindly pointed out that it didn't say that and that this was why I came in. The unhelpful manager Keven Shea (who seemed put out) came over and said he would take it off the website but he couldn't help me.. This used to be a great dealership and we have bought numerous cars here in the past 15 years but after this treatment I will not buy a light bulb there. And I will continue to post this story on all web pages to try and make sure they don't hold someone else hostage with their false advertising. BEWARE of this place. They are the new DUDDIE! More
