Not only Chris's performance as a service representative, but Fraser Moss who sold me the vehicle just a month prior, have made me want to continue to do business with Lundgren again and again. Made my day! When I arrived for my service appt, Karen checked my vehicle mileage and informed me that my repair would not be covered by my warranty. I explained that I felt strongly that my car repair should be covered by Honda. Karen was able to see the issue from the my perspective and was able to persuade Honda to cover the cost as a warranty repair. The shuttle van brought me back home and picked me up the My 2005 Honda Accord with 252,500 miles was rapidly diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours.
