I get home and look again the $590 was a scratch and dent policy we never asked for and it’s no cancellable. Also I was not asked about gap insurance. I like my vehicle but transparency is definitely missing and the financing needs to be communicated and working with the customer more. In the office instead of preparing it and sign here. More
