Excellent experience. Chris made the process painless. My husband initially came in to look at a new Buick Envision. We left with a new Envision for him (purchase) and a new Encore for me (lease). Chris made the whole process painless from start to finish. He was patient, let us take long test drives, and even came up with ways (on his own!) to save us more money. I appreciated that he worked hard to get us a great deal because no one enjoys haggling at the dealership. The actual paperwork process of leasing and buying went very quickly because Chris was super-prepared and had all the paperwork ready ahead of time.
