Valter, service manager, was extremely helpful yesterday. I called the service department the day before and spoke with him about something going wrong with my AC. I was just in for routine service but the customer service was excellent. The service advisor was straightforward and courteous. He contacted me when my service was done and made a point to say bye wh service was excellent. The service advisor was straightforward and courteous.
