The service visit was great. They took care of everything and explained things clearly. The only problem was that the headlight bulb alone cost over $300 (without labor), but that's not something everything and explained things clearly. The sales person didn't seem to know much about cars. Or about service. She told me she would be able to transfer plates for me without a problem, then when I came in to sign and pay for the car I ha Or about service. She told me she would be able to transfer plates for me without a problem, then when I came in to sign and pay for the car I had chosen, she said "sorry I guess we can't do that" without much of an explanation besides someone had given her the wrong information. Then, I had to wait more than an hour before I could actually leave with my car. I paid all cash - no financing. I have no clue why I had to wait. One guy said something about making sure I was legal to buy a car in the US and running my info. But if it takes so long to do that, why did you wait until the morning I was coming to get my car before running the report? Why didn't you do that BEFORE I came. Also the sunroof doesn't work. The salesperson Amy told me it would be fixed before I came to pick up the car, but it is still not working. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
