Your concerns are valid, and we regret that your experience with us has not met the standards we strive to uphold. Our goal is always to provide reliable vehicles that have been thoroughly inspected and serviced prior to sale, and we regret that the A/C issues you experienced after your purchase impacted your trust in our process. We understand how disappointing it must be to face multiple repairs, and we appreciate you returning to our service department for assistance. Regarding the evaporator leak diagnosed this summer, we understand your concern about the possibility of it being related to last year’s A/C repair. Unfortunately, slow leaks can be difficult to detect if they are not actively showing symptoms at the time of inspection or during initial diagnostics. While the original repair was covered under warranty, the current issue falls outside of that coverage. We acknowledge your frustration around this and recognize that more transparent communication could have helped set better expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing the details of your service history internally to ensure our inspection and communication processes are being followed thoroughly. Your experience is not representative of the level of service we aim to provide, and we are sorry you felt dismissed in your recent visit — that is not how any customer should feel.
