I’m going out on a limb to declare myself the unofficial president of the Luther Bloomington Subaru fan club. Since buying my first Subaru Outback from Luther via sales person Edward Kapustin in 2010 and tw president of the Luther Bloomington Subaru fan club. Since buying my first Subaru Outback from Luther via sales person Edward Kapustin in 2010 and two subsequent Outbacks through his guidance, then dedicated to having our Subarus serviced at Luther Bloomington because of the professionalism of the service department, my 2010 Outback is still on the road in like new condition. Unfortunately our second Outback was totaled during a winter ice accident, fortunately my son was protected by Subaru engineering and walked away unharmed. Recently I’ve had our two Outback’s serviced and new tires purchased for my BluBaru and via Nhu Lei’s expert guidance my road feel is awesome. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not too horrible a wait. First time in new facility. Few things I would have done differently, wider garage entrances and no stairs to lobby! Sure there’s an elevator but who wants to wait. Suspect service people don’t like it either since I got a call to go over my inspection instead of coming to explain in person. Not a Covid thing as last time with quarantine, was in person. More

The only thing I can say at this point is that Amy Anderson and Nate were wonderful to work with. I bought a used car and I still have yet to see if I made the right decision. All-in-All...my experience at the dealership was great, but I have yet to see if the price drop by almost $2K is for some reason that I do not know yet.
