We took our Acura in for routine maint check. Spent $2800 to have it "fixed." Shortly after getting it home, it started making a weird noise again, took it back in for $500 more in repairs. A week 1/2 later to have it "fixed." Shortly after getting it home, it started making a weird noise again, took it back in for $500 more in repairs. A week 1/2 later, same thing... another weird noise & the car completely shutdown & would not start back up. I called them to have it brought back in, but when I asked them if they could at least tow it to their shop for us; they refused & said they didn't have a tow service, but could recommend someone to use. Super frustrating. I spent $3300 at their shop in less than a month and all I asked for was for them to comp the tow so we could have even more work done & pay more money & they weren't willing to do it. I will not be back. The service people were nice & friendly, but really disappointed in the lack of concern and empathy for the situation. More

The experience was great but shortly after I returned home with the car the check engine light reappeared. Problem not solved. That was extremely frustrating to have shelled out $1,000 plus and not get home with the car the check engine light reappeared. Problem not solved. I expressed my desire to the expedite the process to the women who answered the phone, only to have the phone call transferred to another dead ended voicemail. To which I have not received a call back 48 hours later. So much for Subaru certified, I expect to hear something in the end from them, else I will try to contact whom ever allows them to carry the Subaru name so I can file a formal complaint. Might I suggest not harassing customers for feedback on a purchase in which they can’t even feel that it’s okay to call and question why something was given to them in a poor condition. Nothing screams quality service like ignored calls and concerns. More

2019 Crosstrek in for 2 recalls by Subaru. Work was done quickly, under estimated time. Only hassle was difficulty in scheduling.
