Was really disappointed with the service this time. Did not like the waiting room being upstairs. Was told changing the battery would take 20 minutes but it took around 50 minutes. Received a text that t not like the waiting room being upstairs. Was told changing the battery would take 20 minutes but it took around 50 minutes. Received a text that the car was ready and I should contact my service adviser - I had no idea where to find them. I was also treated like a second class citizen because I paid with a check. You used to have a nice person handle the payment. This time, Aaron was supposed to handle that. When I pulled out the check book, he said "Oh, we need to go over here". We had to walk down a hallway to a dark area where the person was busy. Aaron handed me a card with the information I had to include with the check. He then asked if I had any other questions and left. After a few minutes, the person finally had time for me. Not happy. More
