I do not appreciate being forced to comment on the service. The DealerRater survey system is a negative for the dealership. It is too intrusive. Very good communication accessibility and service. Very annoying that my crosstrek just passed 36 thousand miles and ignition coil just fails, $500 bucks, newly out of warranty. My last Subaru failed at 75 annoying that my crosstrek just passed 36 thousand miles and ignition coil just fails, $500 bucks, newly out of warranty. My last Subaru failed at 75,000 miles, head gasket, and wasn’t economically salvageable. No explanation for failure other than defective part, just pay up. Subaru should stop spending all their money pushing expensive extended warranties and simply take accountability for failures like this. Ignition coils aren’t disposable parts like brakes! I now doubt that I will buy another Subaru. More
