I needed several maintenance items done, and one of them required an appointment. Shoua suggested I use the accelerated service lane to get the other couple done and then return for the third. She also let me know times of day that might not be so busy. That was a great suggestion and the service department ended up being able to get it all done that same day, even though I went in through the accelerated service lane. The work was done quickly, and I was kept informed about the progress. Anthony was super friendly and helpful. I have always gotten great service at this dealership, and they seem to genuinely appreciate my business. More
