This place is ridiculous. At least this time it didn’t take 5+ hours for an oil change like it did last time (this time 1.5 hours). My Subaru computer system is also dumb and won’t let me set the clock (i take 5+ hours for an oil change like it did last time (this time 1.5 hours). My Subaru computer system is also dumb and won’t let me set the clock (it HAS to be set by the dealership). I asked for it to be set because of daylight savings and they didn’t do that. So now I get to have the clock wrong until next daylight savings. They also tried to charge me $600 for services I already paid for, but when I complained they gave me lower services for “free” (again, I already paid when I leased my vehicle). I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can be done with this dealership/service center forever. But hey, they have a new building and that’s nice I guess. 🙄 More
