I held off providing feedback due to possible oil leak after oil and filter change. It appears that oil spilled on the engine block during oil change. Burning smell upon arriving home and small oil spot after oil and filter change. It appears that oil spilled on the engine block during oil change. I came to the dealership because I followed salesman Scott Putnam who we have been purchasing from since around 2009. We have purchased six Subarus so far with the last five working with Scott. He has always made us feel very attended to and has always been available anytime with answers. I purchased the touring Ascent and my wife is purchasing the touring Forester. I am having some issues with the Ascent but the service department contacted me within hours of my sensors going off and have immediately begun to look at it. I appreciate the immediate response from you and I hope this treatment continues. More
