Holy cow! I recently rated this place as two stars because at least I liked the car. Scott Nelson was my salesperson- I thought he was condescending and rude- but it turns out he’s a flat out liar. This was confirmed by a fellow Luther Dealership!! I had been worried about the Forester I bought there when I drove it off the lot and the TPMS warning light went on and stayed on- literally on my drive home. I contacted Scott- his only response was “You’re on your own- you bought it “as-is”. Fast forward to today when I traded it in because I decided I didn’t want a manual. I knew I would lose quite a bit of equity- but the dealership offered me HALF of what I paid 3 months ago! The salesman straight up told me - “That dude Scott ripped you off!” And apologized. The car had a major accident that Scott didn’t bring up and swept under the rug. The dealership I went to today told me that the car shouldn’t even been sold on the lot- should have been sold at auction. ( Reminder- this was another LUTHER dealership!) The salesman today told me to write an honest review and take whatever action I could against them because it was so egregious! (Another reminder- I was at another- obviously much more conscientious- LUTHER dealership today) This place preys on people who don’t buy their higher end Acura’s and Subarus. They are looking to swindle you into paying way too much for the crap other people trade in. I’m filing a report with the attorney general and better business bureau. I lost over $4000 on this vehicle in 3 months time- I’m well aware cars depreciate when you drive them off the lot- but that’s unacceptable on a car worth less than $10,000. They obviously deliberately held back vital information order to make a profit. Avoid at all costs!! More
Express service visit. Good communication of progress and findings. Nice new facility . I am very happy with my vehicle and don’t appreciate all the sales pitch emails that followed. Super personable service! Normally oil changes are an express service, but they allowed me to make an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting too long with newborns in tow. Tyler quickly greeted us when we express service, but they allowed me to make an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting too long with newborns in tow. Tyler quickly greeted us when we arrived and Mike kept us up to date on the service. The new Subaru waiting area was very nice, and even had a kids room and mothers room. Mike pulled the car in after the service so I didn't have to bring the kids out in the snow. We will definitely continue to come here to service our Subaru! More
Overall good, except noticed a missing cap on tire fill stem upon return home. Had to buy new caps. Hope no bolts are missing from the exhaust bellows recall replacement. Very nice and clean. Very friendly, no hassle, no pressure sales person. Everyone was professional. Sales person was knowledgeable with all features of vehicle.
