Car service and updates from Derrik were exceptional. However, the day I went to pick my car up seemed a little discombobulated at the dealer. The female employee who was tasked to get my car did not d However, the day I went to pick my car up seemed a little discombobulated at the dealer. The female employee who was tasked to get my car did not do so with any sense of urgency and seemed to have a terrible attitude while doing so. She also did not hand me the keys (even though I was the only one in the area clearly waiting for keys) instead she chose to drop them on a desk (not even the correct desk) and walked away without saying anything to the service staff member. I had to approach the service staff member to ask for my keys. I understand that people have bad days but the way my keys/car were handled seemed lazy and disrespectful not only to me but to her fellow staff. More

Ordering the car was easy. I did not receive notification my suv was on the way until the date it arrived. I was told I would receive notification about 10 days before it arr I did not receive notification my suv was on the way until the date it arrived. I was told I would receive notification about 10 days before it arrived at the dealer. I had filled out all my financial information and application online the day before I picked the vehicle up. I arrived at 5:30 but did not leave there until 7:15 which was a lot longer than I had expected after filling everything out online the day before. I could see if I was doing a trade but I specified what I was putting down on the vehicle the day before. There was no trade involved. More
