Service was good. Concierge service was very good. The issue identified with my door locking with the touch lock is unresolved. I was told they could not replicate the problem, but I experienced it 3 tim issue identified with my door locking with the touch lock is unresolved. I was told they could not replicate the problem, but I experienced it 3 times today. I don't know what I am doing wrong but the driver's side touch lock does not work for me more than half the time. The unlock on the same door works perfectly. Very frustrating and I am very frustrated. More
