I never leave reviews for anything but this experience is something I wanted to share. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been shopping around a bit. I had an idea of what I wanted to spend but co something I wanted to share. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been shopping around a bit. I had an idea of what I wanted to spend but couldn’t decide if I wanted to buy or lease. If anyone needs to know one thing about me it is that I am a bargain shopper- I need the most bang for my buck and I will wait for the PERFECT deal. Subaru had some fantastic lease specials so I inquired online and Robert Cox emailed me almost immediately. From that moment on (and still to this day) I have gotten that prompt and respectful service. Another fun fact- I have never leased a vehicle before so you can imagine I had a LOT of questions but not once did I ever feel like I was being a “burden” or being pressure into just making the deal. Robert and his team really took the time to answer all questions and concerns I had and went into detail about each vehicle and the lease options available. I was not in LOVE with the base model that I test drove- it was okay- but I wasn’t in love. Robert went the extra mile and was able to negotiate for me and get me a premium model for a hair more than what my original budget was. They also gave me an extremely fair deal for my trade in vehicle- almost exactly what I was expecting so I was relieved that I didn’t have to haggle with them. Again, never once did I feel like I was drawing the short straw with anything- it felt almost too good to be true! But here I am- the proud owner of a 2021 Subaru Impreza! Thank you to Robert Cox and his team for really going the extra mile- You now have a lifelong customer! More
