The sales person I worked with was great. The finance guy was not. I felt like I was railroaded into purchasing the extended warranty which I was told I 'needed' for the vehicle I was purchasing. I was guy was not. I felt like I was railroaded into purchasing the extended warranty which I was told I 'needed' for the vehicle I was purchasing. I was not told how much it cost up front. I was shocked to see it cost $3500. I had an appiontment to get to so I didn't have time to argue or ask for it to be dropped from my finance package. I didn't sleep that night so I called the next day to request it be dropped. I was told I should call back in 60 days to hae it dropped or I would loose the 60 day warranty also. A week later I called and spoke to Amy she told me i would not loose the 60 day warranty if i cancelled the extended warranty at that time . I requested that the extended warranty be cancelled immediately. What a nightmare your finance person caused for me. I love my new vehicle, but I will nor be back to Bloomington Subaru for service of any kind. More

Timely service for check in and check out. comfortable while waiting. Frustrated that I was told I needed two filters to be fixed. I have absolutely no way to validate that was really needed.
