I have a 2017 Subaru WRX Limited and it has the TPMS on the stock wheels. I also have a set of winter tires and wheels which means I have to go to a dealer that can re-flash the TPMS each spring and Fall. the stock wheels. It was a pleasure working with Nick Goblilsch. There was zero pressure (which I would have reacted negatively toward). He was unusually good at presenting the important points about the car (Subaru Foreste zero pressure (which I would have reacted negatively toward). He was unusually good at presenting the important points about the car (Subaru Forester) in a clear and organized way, while being appropriately enthusiastic about certain highlights. It made it much easier to decide upon the model and specific features that I wanted to go with. He didn't talk down to me (or my sister), or overwhelm with details that were too technical and not needed to understand how the feature worked. Similarly, he was excellent at explaining the functions after I had bought the car, and at prioritizing the issues needing to be understood in the immediate term. The whole experience was fun and highly informative. Put him on the list of Sales Department people to rate! More

Everything was great, except the vehicle had an electrical issue that delayed the pickup three times, including being told we could come pick it up, driving 25 minutes there and then being told onc electrical issue that delayed the pickup three times, including being told we could come pick it up, driving 25 minutes there and then being told once we got there that the issue persisted and we would have to go home and wait two more days.
