The ability to get on for an oil change without an appointment was great. Very fast service. That being said, I don't quite understand why my engine air cleaner was not changed. I happened to notice it on the bill and inspection papers, but was not verbally told about it upon checkout. I would have expected this to be done while the car was in for service, or at least, be informed about it directly by you and given a choice about doing it, which I surely would have opted for. Now my husband has ordered the part and he will do it himself, but this was not what we would have preferred. More
