The service experience at Luther Acura Subaru is always very consistent. As you drive in you are warmly greeted by a technician and then kept up to date throughout the whole service experience. Wonderful service. I really like their accelerated service for many repairs and services. I brought one of our Subaru Outbacks in to the accelerated service because of a failed battery. Before I could get settled into the waiting lounge, the specialist came in to let me know that the battery was in need of replacement, but we’d replaced it only a year ago so it was still under warranty...no charge...I was out in about 45 minutes.
