Everyone was friendly and professional. This was originally just an oil change and tire rotation. Left the car for an afternoon of preventative maintenance. The technician took the car down from the lift with the drivers side door wide open. After a week in the body shop, I got my car back wi maintenance. The technician took the car down from the lift with the drivers side door wide open. After a week in the body shop, I got my car back with a bill for 2/3 of the amount for the service and a 'sh*t happens' excuse. From this experience, I judged the Bloomington Acura and Subaru dealership to be neither service nor safety-minded in its culture and leadership.
