No call. I had to call them at 2, and it hadn’t even been looked at yet. Worthless. At least call me with “we don’t have an update” at 1... a rip about getting me wet. Rude. When I called from updates, I was cold transferred abruptly without explanation of the transfer. Rude. The small things add up. Every time I go there for service, it’s terrible. More
Rushed, orientation and incomplete and ombudsman gone. I felt the my overall needs in a vehicle were reviewed and addressed. They thought my mind was made up and just close rushed to close the deal. In retrospect I felt rushed and as I have driven the vehicle I have found there is more to operating vehicle than I think my initial orientation covered or I had real time to digest. Chris Conti was assigned as an ombudsman and was very helpful initially, however he is no longer with dealership and has not been replaced. My problems are android phone, auto connection. More

Tyler was informative and efficient, informing me of the approximate time needed for the service. Upon picking my car up, it was disinfected again right before I got in to drive home. I appreciated this extra step during this current Covid era. More
