Bit not satisfied because i came for a recall check and some issues like cabin light, and child seat back latch cover. Came home with the inside of the car smelling of gas for two days now. I wonder if it is normal after an oil change. Otherwise hygiene is taken care of for the safety of staff and customers. Next time I will be more demanding for answers. More

They could not figure out the problems with my 2007 Acura TL Type S. I brought it in to get a check engine issue inspected and a recall fixed and they fixed a hose and power steering was still not working. T TL Type S. They could not figure out the issue with the check engine light. They continually asked me if it was bad fuel that was put in the car and I’ve put 91 octane or better in the car for the last 9 years. Needless to say they reset the check engine light replaced transmission fluid and flushed out brake line. All in all that visit cost me over $500 and I still had check engine light pop on right after I left. I called them back and told them light was still coming on. They had me come back in and could still not figure out what the issue was but that labor was $150 an hour and asked if I wanted them to keep looking. I said yes I want the problem fixed. They called back saying they were going to check the valves and run the car and that the car was running good and they again reset check engine light. Told me to let fuel run almost all the way out and try new fuel. So I left and another $500. 10 minutes after leaving check engine light back on. I ran fuel all the way down put a new tank of gas in the car and a day later it started sputtering when I turned the car on. Day by day it gradually got worse. Turn the car on really tough idle to the point of almost dying. Now when I tried to speed up its like the car wasn’t getting fuel and then it would kick in. A week later I started the car up for the final time at work and it wouldn’t even move whole engine was sputtering and shaking. Finally after letting it sit I was able to get it moving but it had a hard time accelerating. I figured if I make it to the local service shop I’ll have them look at it. Halfway home check engine light was flashing now and car was running really rough sputtering couldn’t Iaccelerate and I barely made it to service shop where it is now sitting. All in all I feel I got ripped off for $1000 at Acura dealership and now I am completely out a car. How could they not figure out what it was? I’m extremely pissed off as this is now going to be a really expensive fix that should’ve been resolved at your service center. More

I was very apprehensive about getting my car service during the pandemic. However, we had 3 recalls on our 2019 Subaru Ascent. Two of the recalls were labeled critical. The dealership immediately put during the pandemic. However, we had 3 recalls on our 2019 Subaru Ascent. Two of the recalls were labeled critical. The dealership immediately put me at ease by offering me a loaner car . When I arrived at the dealership everyone was masked and had their gloves on. I am not sure how but they knew who I was as soon as I drove up and were ready with the loaner Car. The service rep, Victor Flores, communicated with me via text from that moment until I had my car back. Last year I figured out that I have owned over 50 cars and have had every one of them serviced regularly at a dealership. This was clearly the best service call I have ever experienced. More
Was difficlut to contact I new they opened early (6:30) and when I called to make appt and ask a question about Express Service at 6:45 am the message said " Service dept is c I new they opened early (6:30) and when I called to make appt and ask a question about Express Service at 6:45 am the message said " Service dept is currently closed and is open from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm" So I tried again at 7:00 and same answer and again at 7:30 am same response. I finally called the sales dept. and they answered my question at 8:30. Frustrating to say the least. So next day I arrive bright and early at 6:30 am and many Service reps already working and I wondered why one of them didn't answer the phone the day before. They didn't look overly worked.. Service went fine and was done in timely manner. The one minor thing was I asked that the small plastic reminder tag be added to my upper corner of windshield and they didn't do that so I had to turn around and go back to have one printed out to remind me of next oil change. Interesting, they checked this off on the checklist sheet that it was done when in fact it wasn't. Certainly doesn't instill confidence that all the other things checked off on the checklist were actually done or not. Thought you needed to know and I have had service done on our 2010 Legacy for many years at your dealership. More
