Excellent Service, Not Straightforward Pricing I had my vehicle in to install roof racks. I found the pricing online, but when I called I was presented with much higher pricing from both the Parts I had my vehicle in to install roof racks. I found the pricing online, but when I called I was presented with much higher pricing from both the Parts Department and the Service Dept. When I questioned the discrepancy, both gave me a feeble excuse of having looked at the wrong sheet. Their quotes were nearly DOUBLE what was presented online. In both cases, they agreed to match the website, but it makes me lose confidence in the honesty of your organization. More

service center brought my car in for a recall which was done. they also reccommeded rotating tires and oil change which I authorized. I also asked them to fix the date and time on my clock which have been wrong since they replaced my radio system. This was not done. It took 5 returns to your service department to replace my radio! when I got in my car I turned my lights on. the dashboard light did not show my headlights were on. I talked to 2 men who stated my lights were on but weren't concerned I could not tell this on my dashboard despite me explaining this several times. then a lovely young asian woman walked over to my car, listened to my concerns and was able to tell me why my dash light was not showing and fixed it with a turn of a dial. My experience in your facility is the men do not take me seriously. This is very disappointing, this is also evidenced by my 5 trips to your service center to get a radio and navigation system that worked. Only Scott in service ever listened to me. Lynn Jensen More
