Subaru fit us in quickly, arranged a free loaner car, (a beautiful black 2020 Crosstrek!), diagnosed and fixed the problem, and a pleasant surprise, reminded us that it was still under the 36,000 mile, 3-year warranty. No charge. Andrew, our advisor, was friendly and professional, and everyone was Covid-19 safe. This kind of service will keep us in a Subaru for years to come. More
