Recall Service Brought vehicle in for 2 recalls. At time of drop off was asked if I wanted the 30,000 mile service and rep explained what that involved. I responde Brought vehicle in for 2 recalls. At time of drop off was asked if I wanted the 30,000 mile service and rep explained what that involved. I responded no. Service visit took 5 hours even though they had said it would be 3 to 3.5 hrs. When I received a call back, I got a 5 minute lecture on why I should have the 30,000 mile service done, again I said no. I did ask them to take care of 1 issue. They said they would wash the car and the exterior was wet, but it had sand and dirt on the entire lower part of the vehicle so not sure what they drove through after the wash. Overall I was not impressed. More
