Services not checked but marked as "Good" I brought my wife's car in the other day for an oil change, tire rotation and 3 recalls. Here is my issue. Just before I arrived at the dealership, I I brought my wife's car in the other day for an oil change, tire rotation and 3 recalls. Here is my issue. Just before I arrived at the dealership, I ran out of windshield washer fluid and I had a jug in the back, but forgot to refill it. When I went to pick the car up, I noticed that the low windshield light came on. Yet, the form completed by the technician clearly states that it was checked and was marked as good?? How is that possible, when it was empty?? That tells me it was never checked to begin with. Now, it makes me wonder how many other things are not being checked and if you're really doing an oil change or rotating the tires. How can I prove it was done or better yet, how can you prove it. If a Tech is willing to lie about a simple windshield washer refill, what else are they willing to lie about?? Also, I left a message for Aaron to call me back on Monday. Supposedly, a note was left for him. It is now Wednesday and no one has called me back. More
Four recalls that were supposed to take an entire day took only 2 1/2 hours. Too young to get a rental car and my house was a bit too far away for the shuttle, so they bumped me to the front of the line took only 2 1/2 hours. Generally did what I asked Alex (dealer) suggested spark plugs, so I agreed. Printout said "per customer request". I asked for new Lights and oil change.
