My wife and I have purchased both of our Subarus here. We're had a great experience from beginning to end. This includes the service department as well. Courteous and understand time constraints. Explaining the Pain It had been a long time since our car was in for regular maintenance. Tyler was helpful over the phone explaining the parts and the time it would take to replace them. He told us why they were part of the maintenance scheduled for 105,000 or 120,000 miles and what might happen if we didn't. An ounce of prevention being worth a pound of cure and all that. While the bill was quite large it made sense. Had we scheduled maintenance at regular intervals, that cost might have been more spread out. More

During a previous tire service, the wheel lock key went missing. At another repair shop, in order to replace my rack and pinion, the wheel locks had to be cut off. I had called ACURA before they cut off the locks and was assured that the wheel locks would be replaced and I would be reimbursed for the labor charged. All of this was, indeed, done by Acura - as promised. More

Car was promptly worked on unfortunately I couldn't get it right away so it sat overnight. When I picked up and asked where the car was, she told me where she believed it was. The car was covered in snow and ice. I drive an Infiniti and my husband a BMW - when I pick up my car, they bring me the car, running with defrost/heat on and cleaned off. Nice added feature rather than having to look for my car on the lot and scrape off ice and snow. Also asked about having another key made and was told I needed to provide proof of ownership. Unfortunately, just got the car out of a years storage so haven't changed title yet. Will have to return once that's done so Acura can order me another key. It's the small things that make a great service department. More
