Fill up during rush hour for using less than a gallon of gas. Later looked at courtesy cat paperwork & in their defense it was disclosed they would do that. I drive an Infiniti & this was my wife's Acura so my first experience here. I would give my Infiniti experiences 5 stars & in contrast this overall experience merits a 3. If want 5 star ratings need better overall service & don't nickle & dime people More

Made sure it was right My seat cover needed replacing. I was given a no charge loaner while it was being repaired. I received a text saying the new seat cover to be installed had a spot on it. I was asked if they could keep my car another day to get a new seat cover and was told to keep my loaner. The new seat cover looks great! More
