When I called the dealership, I mentioned that I have limited time so asked if I could schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told yes so I set up a specific appointment time. When I arrived, I was told it is quicker to go through the first come first serve service line. Other people in the waiting room came and went much faster than me. What is faster than an oil change? Your staff answering the phones should be better trained. When I was told all was done except printing the paperwork, it still took a very long time. I was given a free car wash coupon at Holiday. Warranty I did have two slight disappointments with my service today 11/27/19. I came in for a replacement of my headlight. My vehicle was still under the fac I did have two slight disappointments with my service today 11/27/19. I came in for a replacement of my headlight. My vehicle was still under the factory warranty and I had condensation forming in my headlight. From what Alex explained to me my headlight would be replaced with a new unit. After closer inspection on my new light there are finger prints all over the five glass jewel eye lenses in the interior of my light. Which is concerning on my part considering I thought I received a new assembly? How could finger prints and dust get inside a brand new sealed headlight? I know this may sound petty or minor, but for someone who’s vehicle is their pride and joy this is disappointing as it is not flawless. I take extreme care of my vehicle and pride myself on it. I expect the same care to be taken while it’s being serviced. I also do realize that this repair was done at no cost to me as my vehicle was under warranty and a headlight is an expensive part. I was just surprised with the level of care taken with the repair. Secondly whenever my vehicle receives a wash at the Bloomington facility it is returned with excessive water spots dust and streaks (from opening widows when the vehicle is wet). I take extra care to dry my vehicle after every wash, so I always feel the need to wash it immediately after having the vehicle returned to me. Overall I’m happy with Alex and the service he provided but unsatisfied with the level of repair that was done and what I am stuck with. More
