Misleading Coupon/Prior Purchase I am reaching out based on your automated email regarding extraordinary service. I had my 2006 Acura TSX serviced yesterday for an a1 service. I had a I am reaching out based on your automated email regarding extraordinary service. I had my 2006 Acura TSX serviced yesterday for an a1 service. I had a promotion coupon for $15 off of an a1 service. I also bought my tires through Luther Acura and Subaru. Part of the promotion is that there is free lifetime rotations. Part of an A1 service is to rotate tires. I am a bit disappointed that I was advised that the full value of the coupon would not be accepted since I do not get charged for the service. This is a bit misleading because the cost of the tires includes rotations and an a1 service again includes tire rotations. It has left a bit of a sour feeling since I have been a loyal customer for vehicle service since we purchased this vehicle 10 years ago. More

The purchase involved several visits, lots of research, and multiple test drives to ensure we had all the boxes checked and all applicable models compared and evaluated. We found the entire team to be professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating working to find the exact model and specs important to us. We were really going back and forth between an Ascent and an Outback. It was a tough decision with a lot of consideration. The whole team weighed in and helped us make the best decision based on the model, features, and use cases we cared about. Beyond that, they were able to rapidly find inventory that matched what we were looking for. When it came down to the final deal, they were fair and easy to work with.
