A little goof This dealership is the best in terms of facilities, loaner vehicles, lovely waiting area and friendliness of everyone, especially in service. This is the only time that they have missed something on the work order. I needed to have a fog light replaced. I was having a pleasant conversation with the service writer while also descibing needed work and the fog lamp was left out. I didn't notice when I signed the work order, when I paid for the service or when I drove the car away. I liive an hour away, so will get it done when I go back. I have at least 3 or 4 Subaru dealers that are closer to my home, but I would never go anyplace else! More

Pulsating brakes I went in for a regular scheduled service and mentioned pulsating in my front brakes. I came back to pick up my car and they replaced my rotors and pa I went in for a regular scheduled service and mentioned pulsating in my front brakes. I came back to pick up my car and they replaced my rotors and pads under warranty! No charge! Best part was that after I drove away the drive was so smooth that I just loved the result! I had to call Randy the service manager to personally thank him!! love driving my car again!! More

Personal Care I scheduled my car for a check on why my car didn't beep when backing up. A day or two before my appointment I added, via the computer, other things I scheduled my car for a check on why my car didn't beep when backing up. A day or two before my appointment I added, via the computer, other things I wanted them to check. I could have called but I am not always easy to hear. They called me back to confirm the information. When I arrived he doubled check what was listed and asked if there was anything to add. Offered a loaner or a ride some place but I chose to stay put and utilized the internet and their snack bar. Also hard of hearing so wanted direct communication so stayed put. They came out to personally talk with their findings. The car was not purchased with the beepers so that is why it doesn't beep. They were able to fix a different problem that I asked them to check on. They are so thorough, polite and treated me like a Queen. Of course I recommend this place. Excellent service and very professional in their service. More

Cheking in was great, and easy... didn't have to wait too long for the loaner car and was on my way in a few minutes to get to work. Had great service... Was kept up to date with texts and calls to let me know what was going on... and, was part of my warranty, which was great... That extra warranty has paid for it self already! I haven't brought my car anywhere else to get serviced, and I won't! More

This was the second time I had to being this vehicle in for this same fix. I was in on July 15th for the same issue (taillight recall). About 6 weeks later, my taillight wasn't working and the cause was the recall issue I had already been in for. I have to take time off work, and get to the dealership to get this work done, and having to do it twice is a huge inconvenience. I was unimpressed that it had to be re-done, and that no one recognized/apologized for failing to correct the issue on the first visit. Now, I'm super leery of any repair that is done by your service center, and I'm not sure I would trust you to do work I have to pay for. More
