Our 2015 Subaru Outback has been the least favorite of all of our Subaru purchases and we've had it in for several issues at more than a few shops. Mitch went above and beyond to ensure everything we requested (and more) was completed, and in a timely manner. He is a clear communicator with a warm and friendly personality. He gives you 100% of his attention; you feel as if you're his ONLY client, when in reality he has many, many clients in a day. This is a skill/gift that is rare these days but Mitch exemplifies what it means to offer genuinely Good Customer Service and putting the Customer, First.
