Extremely Disappointed First off, I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to have the timing belt, water pump, and all the idler pulley’s replaced and was told, on First off, I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to have the timing belt, water pump, and all the idler pulley’s replaced and was told, on two different calls, that it would be around $1200. Ended up costing over $1500. Then made an appointment to drop the car off at 1:300pm and was told that it should be ready later that day... was told it would be a 4hr process. Car wasn’t ready until 12:30 the next day. Felt that there was poor communication between the service advisor and me. More

Efficient service, knowledgable I made the appointment on the advice of the service rep from a visit the previous month. The scheduling rep on the phone could not locate the notes e I made the appointment on the advice of the service rep from a visit the previous month. I had a tough time getting him to verbalize what service was being requested and that it was due to the findings from 3 weeks before. Day of appointment worked fine. Check-in was busy, I sat in cat outside for 10 minutes before I could enter. They completed the work quicker than anticipated. More
