Great dealer and a great product I went in for a normal service and drove away with a new Crosstrek! My lease was short on time on my 2016 Crosstrek so I thought I would have Amy Ande I went in for a normal service and drove away with a new Crosstrek! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the features I thought I was getting in my '15 Outback were actually present in the '19. There was some back-and-forth on the price, which is to be expected anywhere, but Bronwyn and Noah were willing to work with me on the price and get the car that I really wanted three years ago. I actually went to another Subaru dealer a few miles south of Luther, since it was close by, for a comparison. They were far less willing to work with me on trade-in value or the add-on options I wanted. I'd go back to Luther again. More

Plenty of drinks and snacks to pass the time away. WIFI is available and they always have a newspaper around. Since I had family coming and would be off schedule all week, I pleaded with Mitch to work me in if he could. Mitch wiggled in an appointment the very next day, and I was in and out by 9:30am with the new part installed! Above and Beyond Last week I took my car in for a couple simple items - replacing a rear windshield wiper and resetting tire pressure sensor.
