Good Intentions, But Inconsistent I went in because my tire light was on and found that one of the tires had a slow leak. So I ordered a shaved tire, and had them do a general inspecti I went in because my tire light was on and found that one of the tires had a slow leak. So I ordered a shaved tire, and had them do a general inspection where they found I needed a new headlight bulb, filter and a new battery. I was supposed to receive a call when the tire came in the following week so I could come in and get all those items taken care of. I didn't receive a call for a week, so I called, and guess what, the tire had been there for a day already. After going back and forth with the rep about whether I needed to schedule an appointment or not (I was told I wouldn't need one – that it could all be done through accelerated service), I came in and waited. I was told it'd be an hour and forty five minutes. Rep came by a bit later and said they found a couple more bulbs that needed to be replaced. I was surprised by this since they already had done an inspection the week before. All in all, I waited about 3 hours. If I didn't have work to do (they do have nice work stations) and if they didn't have a nice array of snacks, I would've been pretty annoyed. All this said, I normally do get decent service here – just not always consistent. More

Staff are ALWAYS professional, friendly, warm, courteous, and work quickly to communicate thoroughly and effectively every detail of my service visits. From what to expect will happen when first checking in, to updates and reports on progress, and finally, where my freshly washed car is parked and ready to go. The waiting lounge is excellent. It is obvious this dealership puts a high priority on excellence in customer service and I'm happy to report everyone on their staff who I have interacted with or witnessed in action are living up to the highest of expectations.
