Oil change/routine service. Took my car in for an oil change. They recommended a tire rotation as well. Warranty work We purchased our used Subaru in September and have had to take it in several times over the course of two months for various issues. At the end of Oc We purchased our used Subaru in September and have had to take it in several times over the course of two months for various issues. At the end of October we had additional problems with the car and took it back in. The Used Car sales manager, TJ, and service department went completely above and beyond to ensure the car was gone over with a a fine tooth comb and repairs completed. It now it runs like a charm. Overall, we've had a good experience with the Used Car sales manager and the general service department, despite a lack of attention to detail by the used car service techs. More
