Oil change/routine service. Took my car in for an oil change. They recommended a tire rotation as well. I had no appointment and was in and out in 45 minutes including a complime Took my car in for an oil change. They recommended a tire rotation as well. Warranty work We purchased our used Subaru in September and have had to take it in several times over the course of two months for various issues. At the end of Oc We purchased our used Subaru in September and have had to take it in several times over the course of two months for various issues. At the end of October we had additional problems with the car and took it back in. The Used Car sales manager, TJ, and service department went completely above and beyond to ensure the car was gone over with a a fine tooth comb and repairs completed. It now it runs like a charm. Overall, we've had a good experience with the Used Car sales manager and the general service department, despite a lack of attention to detail by the used car service techs. More

I was told up front of the wait time and any fees, and I was updated from the service department several times. They bettered the wait time and they even gave me a complimentary car wash. I was very pleased with my first oil change, tire rotation and overall looking over my Outback after the first six months. Also, they had complimentary coffee and snacks for their customers in the waiting area. A great experience was provided by their service staff. More

I was truly impressed that Joe Weil, my salesman, sat down with me to learn about what I was looking for in the very first NEW car I would buy (and I am a senior citizen). He knew I was also test-driving other brands, and he was eager to hear my opinions on them. He never once pressured me into making a quick decision, and I really liked that approach. Good job, Joe!
