Disappointment and slopy workmanship I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I noticed one of the chrome caps on the wheel lug nut was missing and the service rem I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I noticed one of the chrome caps on the wheel lug nut was missing and the service reminder for an oil change had not been reset. This is the third time I have gotten my MDX back with the chrome caps missing on the lug nuts. I was disappointed since I told the service writer to about the previous missing chrome caps and to check that it was not missing this time. More
