However, we have received mis-information on the current condition of our tires and brakes on multiple cars, multiple times during routine oil changes. saying that our brakes are still in the "yellow" range when they have been reviewed by tire or break specialists and are said to be in the "red" range and they are at the "wear bar" in tread life is a potentially dangerous disservice. I'd prefer the technians not comment on the condition of the brakes and tires when they obviously aren't really looking at them or don't know what they are looking for. More

He said my car’s record clearly documents this problem so that if it later is found, it would be covered under my service plan. It was nice to know the efforts the dealer made to diagnosis this problem and assurances of its resolution in the future should it persist and the cause fetermined More

My only concern involved a leaky sunroof. They could not duplicate the problem, so no action was taken on their part. They did spend 10 minutes explaining how they don’t leak but my wife says she feels a fine spray when it rains. Again, they could not duplicate the issue. That’s a bit frustrating. More

There was definitely sticker shock when Joe quoted how much the A123 service was going to cost and added shock when halfway through the service they noticed a dirty brake fluid line. What I thought was going to be a $200-ish appt set me back over $400. UGH! More
