Charged double price for oil change and tire rotation Accidentally mentioned the word xxxxx mileage and vehicle service when asking for an oil change and tire rotation. The intake rep told me I needed a 1 Accidentally mentioned the word xxxxx mileage and vehicle service when asking for an oil change and tire rotation. The intake rep told me I needed a 12k mile major service and the price was $200. I took his word for it assuming it included major work, but in reality it was an extra $100 of unnecessary garbage charges. Eg they replaced the air filter on what is essentially still a new car. They fiddled with the breaks. I found out later that there is no 12k service milestone and id been ripped off. Will never go back for routine maintenance. More
