I like being able to wait for my car--it's nice down-time for reading a book, and the waiting area is very comfortable. When I made the appointment, I was told the approximate wait time, which I appreciate. As I was waiting, a service employee came out and gave me an update on my car and the wait time remaining. I also appreciate the coffee and snacks that are made available in the waiting area (although I missed the muffins that you have had available previously). I liked that the amount of my bill was told to me at the outset. More
