Turns out, I did not have the gas cap screwed on all the way! Who knew? Senior moment I guess. Live and learn. Jake explained and fixed my issues within a few minutes of my driving in and checking in for my appointment. So i figured I would give the dealership some business and had oil change and tires rotated even though car has only 4700 miles. Left the car there and within an hour I received an email informing me car was ready and I could pay the bill online, which I did. Very smooth, time saving, no hassle process. Not one to write reviews, but this one is deserved! More

C'mon, guys, be upfront about service coupons We have had all our service done at Luther since we bought our Forester there in 2016. On Monday, August 20, I brought our Forester in for service. Yo We have had all our service done at Luther since we bought our Forester there in 2016. On Monday, August 20, I brought our Forester in for service. You did a good job servicing the car and making sure we took care of the items that needed attention. I spent $611.60 on the needed maintenance and repairs. I felt good about Luther and the service. In fact, that same day, I bought a used Crosstrek! Then, the very next day I get a coupon in the mail that would have saved me $25 on the service. Seriously? Don't you think for good customers you could say: "Heh, Mr. Aquilina, thanks for bringing in your Forester for service. We have a special that starts tomorrow. You are a valued customer. We're going to take $25 off your invoice today." An inexpensive way to build up good will with customers, and a customer service opportunity wasted. More
