Wonderful First Visit Following a recent relocation to Minnesota, I considered whether or not to continue having my Acura serviced at a dealership. My plan was to schedule a routine service at Bloomington Acura Subaru to help with this decision. Bryan E., the service advisor who assisted me, provided an overview on how the service would proceed and addressed each of my requests concerning an upcoming service. While seated in the waiting area, I had a chance to witness how polite and transparent the staff were with other customers. These interactions along with electronic notifications (e.g., invoicing) were appreciated. So much so that the quality of care at Bloomington Acura Subaru made my decision for me! My first service was a success, largely due to Bryan's professionalism, and I am looking forward to having additional services rendered at this location. More

my first oil change i went for my first oil change on a 2018 mdx. there was no mentioning of what brand of oil was being put in. Great salesperson experience, price negotiation a concern We recently went to this dealership through the Costco car buying service. First time we’ve used it so didn’t know exactly how it worked. Had a wonderful salesperson and would recommend her in a heartbeat. She was great, helpful, honest, transparent, and friendly. If not for her and the dealership location we would have gone elsewhere. After agreeing on a vehicle (and everyone knowing we were there via a Costco referral), our offered price seemed high. We countered and were told there’s no room for negotiation. It was at this point as we were getting ready to walk away that our salesperson asked if we had our Costco card and pulled out the Costco pricIng information which clearly showed a price of nearly $1,500 less than the initial offer. I was quite disappointed that we had to fight and negotiate to what should have been the initial price. This was a reflection of the sales manager and not the salesperson. Shouldn’t have to negotiate to an already negotiated price. More
