I was spoken to by a staffer (female) BULLY! She was rude a nd unaware of her responsibilities, ie. I was requesting an explanation regarding the cost of the oil (synthetic) they were using. Then she brought THE SERVICE MANAGER out. He was meaner, and very aggressive with me and rather than discuss, he told me I had to leave. And then told me. I had a question that was all. They were completely inhospitable. I have never been treated by any business like this. It was traumatizing...really traumatizing. I’ll never set foot in that store again I can tell you that. More
