Very busy Friday morning at the express lane I was told no appointment was needed for an oil change but the express lane was super busy and may take over 2 hours. Courtesy van gone so I had to wait for another driver, not a problem. Men’s bathroom was a mess with paper on the floor and overflowing in the trash container. I told the woman at the cashier desk and she said someone would take care of it. Quess that didn’t happen as two hours later it was not cleaned. Talked to an important guy and he said he would see that it was cleaned. I didn’t use the ladies room so I hope it was better. Not what I would expect from such a large dealership like yours. More

very helpful and friendly staff I stopped in just to look at a vehicle that I saw on their website. The vehicle was not out on the lot as it was waiting for detailing. Dana went and I stopped in just to look at a vehicle that I saw on their website. The vehicle was not out on the lot as it was waiting for detailing. Dana went and found where the vehicle was and brought it out so I could look at it. He went over everything with me and even got detailed maintenance records to answer some of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. After looking over the vehicle and taking it for me drive (Dana even rode with and explained features on the drive) I decided this was the vehicle for me and proceeded with the purchase. All the rest of the staff was friendly and we were able to get all the paperwork done and me on my way in a timely manner. This was a great buying experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I was at a different dealership earlier that day and the experience was a night a day difference. There was even a minor issue with the vehicle that they went out of their way to make sure was taken car of before I left. I am grateful to their service personnel as well for being professional and efficient. I am very glad I stopped in. More
